The Associate Vice President(s) of Logistics will assist the Vice President of  Logistics with inventory and event operations. This includes supporting fittings, managing suit pick-ups/returns, handling deposits, and helping maintain storage and booking logistics.

Time Commitment
Typically 5 hours per week, up to 10 hours per week in November/March


Term of Employment
August 2026 - April 2027


Main Responsibilities
  • Help manage the SSU inventory booking system

  • Distribute and collect suits, checking for damages

  • Track and return deposits accurately

  • Coordinate with students on pick-up times and rental status


Qualifications
  • Organized and dependable

  • Effective communicator and team collaborator

  • Strong attention to detail and process

  • Prior logistics or customer-facing experience is an asset


Anticipated Learning Outcomes
The Associate Vice President(s) of Logistics will gain hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and customer service, with opportunities to build confidence in operational leadership.
