Aviation Store Associate

Job Summary Sparks Aviation Center is hiring an Aviation Store Associate to support daily aviation parts, equipment, inventory, and customer service operations. This role assists with receiving and organizing aviation products, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing orders, and helping customers and internal teams locate required aircraft-related supplies. Common Job Roles Aviation Store Associate Aviation Parts Associate Aircraft Parts Store Associate Aviation Inventory Associate Aviation Supply Associate Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and organize aviation parts, supplies, and equipment Assist customers and staff with locating aviation products and materials Prepare and process orders for aircraft parts and aviation supplies Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations Verify part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and product documentation Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors Package and prepare aviation products for shipment or internal distribution Maintain organized, secure, and properly labeled storage and sales areas Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is needed Assist with shipping, receiving, and material-handling activities Maintain accurate order, inventory, and receiving documentation Follow aviation safety, security, quality, and workplace procedures Provide professional customer service and support to aviation customers Perform additional store, inventory, and aviation supply duties assigned by management Requirements Previous aviation, aircraft parts, retail, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping abilities Basic computer and inventory system proficiency Ability to accurately read part numbers, labels, and product information Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with aircraft parts or aviation supplies Familiarity with inventory management or point-of-sale systems Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material-handling procedures Strong inventory control and order-processing skills Good customer service and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with aviation terminology and parts documentation Strong teamwork and organizational skills About the Company Sparks Aviation Center operates in the aviation industry, supporting aviation-related products, supplies, equipment, and customer service activities.
