Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist – Dispatch

You’ll work in Mission Control center , the operations hub for its autonomous vehicle fleet — think air traffic control for robotaxis . Your job is to monitor vehicles and trips in real time and help keep the fleet running safely and smoothly . What you’ll do: Monitor autonomous vehicles and service operations from a computer Complete pre-shift checks Respond to vehicle or operational issues Troubleshoot basic problems Create and escalate support tickets Dispatch Fleet Response teams when a vehicle needs assistance Monitor road conditions, construction, accidents, or events that could affect service Place temporary restrictions on certain service areas when needed Communicate with other Zoox teams to quickly resolve issues What they’re looking for: Someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, comfortable with technology, and good at problem-solving. It’s a fast-paced operations role where you’ll need to pay attention, make good decisions, and react quickly when something unexpected happens. Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Location: In person
