Inter-Rail Transport – Rail Operations / Auto Terminal Associate Job Type: Full-Time About the Position Inter-Rail Transport is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team in auto terminal and railroad operations. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include loading and unloading vehicles, shuttling vehicles around the terminal, inspecting vehicles, checkpoint services, locomotive operations, railcar maintenance, clerical duties, or supervisory responsibilities. What You’ll Do Safely perform assigned duties in an automotive/rail terminal environment Load, unload, move, and/or inspect vehicles as required Follow all company safety procedures and training Maintain quality standards and help prevent vehicle or equipment damage Work effectively as part of a team Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently Maintain a safe and clean work environment Complete required training and certifications for your position Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to pass a background check and obtain required identification/badge Valid I-9 employment documentation Dependable attendance and willingness to follow safety procedures Ability to work in a physically active work environment Thrive in extreme weather conditions including severe heat and freezing temperatures.
