Automotive Repair Dispatcher

Peoria Ford has opening for an experienced Ford Service Dispatcher to join our busy Service Department. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for assigning repair orders to technicians based on skill level, workload, and priority while keeping the shop moving efficiently throughout the day. This position works closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management to control workflow, minimize technician downtime, monitor repair progress, and keep vehicles moving toward completion. The ideal candidate is organized, understands dealership service operations, can handle a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep technicians productive while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
