Automotive Parts Warehouse & eCommerce Assistant — Entry Level

AMI CENTER x MY AUTO PARTS is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to help with automotive parts inventory, online listings, shipping, and general warehouse operations. We work with OEM automotive parts, including engines, transmissions, headlights, wheels, body panels, and other components. This position combines hands-on physical work with basic computer and online inventory tasks . No professional automotive or eCommerce experience is required. We provide paid introductory training. We're looking for someone who can follow instructions, work efficiently, stay organized, and help keep daily operations moving. Daily Responsibilities Parts & Warehouse Work Locate and organize automotive parts. Move and stage parts using approved safe handling methods. Clean and prepare parts for photographs. Photograph parts and identification numbers. Help maintain accurate inventory records. Label and organize inventory storage locations. Keep the workstation and packing area organized. Assist with general warehouse and inventory assignments. Online Listings & Shipping Help create eBay and Facebook Marketplace listings. Upload automotive parts photographs. Enter product descriptions and verified part information. Use Google Drive, spreadsheets, and approved AI tools. Measure and weigh packages. Prepare boxes and packaging materials. Package parts carefully for shipment. Print approved shipping labels. Photograph items before and during packaging. Update order records and tracking information. Additional Responsibilities Respond to customer messages after training and authorization. Assist customers with general parts inquiries. Help coordinate pickup appointments. Follow up on customer requests. Assist with local business outreach and approved marketing. Complete other assigned inventory, warehouse, and customer-service tasks. Qualifications Dependable, organized, and willing to work. Comfortable with hands-on physical work. Able to follow instructions and meet quality standards. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Comfortable learning new systems. Good attention to detail. Willing to assist with different tasks throughout the day. The Following Experience Is A Plus, But Not Required: eBay or Facebook Marketplace. Online product listings. In-person or online sales. Customer service. Automotive parts. Shipping labels and packaging. Google Sheets, Google Drive, or AI tools. Bilingual English/Spanish communication. Compensation & Schedule Starting pay is $16.90 per hour, with adjustments as required by applicable minimum wage laws. Paid introductory training. Monday–Friday preferred. Weekends normally off. Occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts may be offered for order preparation and shipping. Flexible initial hours based on business needs.
