Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping automotive parts while maintaining an accurate and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is motivated, works well independently and with a team, and takes pride in keeping inventory organized and orders accurate. Automotive parts or warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming automotive parts and shipments. Verify part numbers, quantities, and product condition against invoices and packing slips. Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick and prepare customer orders, shop orders, and outgoing shipments. Package parts securely and prepare shipping labels and documentation. Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, when trained and authorized. Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits. Work with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and identify automotive part numbers. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or automotive parts experience is a plus. Attention to detail: Accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory tracking to prevent errors. Ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods of time and operate warehouse equipment safely.
