Automotive Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Caruso Ford Lincoln is part of Caruso Automotive Group, a family of Southern California dealerships committed to taking care of our customers and our people. Our Parts Department supports our service drive, body shop, retail counter, and wholesale customers. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to keep parts moving accurately and on time. Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly Responsibilities: Receive, unpack, and inspect daily Ford and Motorcraft stock orders, special orders, and vendor shipments Check incoming parts against packing slips and invoices, and report shortages, damage, and mis-ships Receive parts into inventory in the dealership management system (Reynolds ERA) and bin them in the correct location Pull, pack, and label outgoing parts for wholesale customers, dealer trades, and other Caruso stores Process warranty parts returns, core returns, and supplier returns, including paperwork and labels Notify parts advisors and service advisors when special-order and back-order parts arrive Ship with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers, and track shipments Help with cycle counts, physical inventory, and bin accuracy Keep the receiving area, warehouse, and shelving clean, organized, and safe Help at the parts counter or with deliveries when needed Qualifications: 6+ months of shipping/receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience (dealership experience a plus) Familiarity with automotive parts numbers and catalogs (Ford experience preferred) Basic computer skills; Reynolds and Reynolds or other DMS experience a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and climb ladders throughout the shift Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record Forklift certification a plus Reliable, punctual, and a team player Bilingual English/Spanish a plus About Company Caruso Ford has been a trusted name in the Long Beach community for over three decades.
