AUTOMOTIVE PARTS ORDER PULLER ASSOCIATE Jacksonville, FL • Parts Description: We're looking for a Parts Order Puller Associate to join our TEAM here at Nimnicht Chevrolet. We are a family-owned business that has been in business for 85 years! The Parts Order Puller Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions. Delivers parts to other departments What We Offer : Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Onsite restaurant serving homemade breakfast & lunch for both customers and employees Closed Sundays Short- & long-term disability Paid training Paid vacation Company paid life insurance Great work environment Family-oriented work environment with flexible hours Requirements: Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled Maintain receiving and shipping records, delivery truck maintenance records and returned parts records Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies Receive and move parts to designated bin locations. Pull Parts orders for internal, retail and wholesale customers. Qualifications: Previous Dealership experience is a huge plus High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license Ability to use parts department computer system Good communication skills Ability to operate an automobile
