Automotive Parts Manager – Experienced & Motivated Woodall Chevrolet-GMC-Cadillac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team. Position Overview The Automotive Parts Manager oversees daily parts operations, ensures accurate inventory management, supports service and collision departments, and delivers an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in dealership parts operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all parts department operations, including inventory control, ordering, receiving, and stocking Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize obsolescence Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve department goals Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and collision center personnel to ensure timely parts availability Build strong relationships with vendors and maintain compliance with OEM programs Monitor department performance, profitability, and workflow efficiency Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers Qualifications Factory Automotive dealership parts experience required, GM experience a plus Prior management or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of OEM parts systems and inventory management Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK management system experience a plus) Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience and training Health insurance Vacation and paid time off Retirement benefits Opportunities for professional development and long‑term career growth About Us Woodall Chevrolet-GMC-Cadillac is a respected, community‑focused dealership with over 40 years of success and a commitment to excellence.
