Automotive Parts Manager

Company Overview Allentown Kia serves customers across Pennsylvania with a selection of new and used vehicles, along with vehicle service and parts. Overview As an Automotive Parts Manager, you’ll keep parts operations moving by coordinating purchasing, inventory, suppliers, and service needs. Your impact: Accurate parts availability helps service and repair teams complete work efficiently and gives customers dependable support. Duties Manage inventory, demand planning, pricing, parts administration, and order management using inventory management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), or AS400. Lead procurement, purchasing, part sourcing, supplier management, and negotiations across the supply chain; coordinate shipping and receiving, logistics, and warehouse management. Support automotive service, auto body repair, manufacturing, and equipment repair needs by identifying parts for vehicle systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). Maintain inventory control and logistics inventory management; use data entry and Microsoft Office to track orders, records, and stock. Communicate with internal teams and customers, providing customer service and supporting parts sales. Requirements Experience in franchise dealer automotive parts management, procurement management, supply chain management, or supplier management is preferred. Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, mechanical systems, automotive diagnostics, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts is valuable. Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, pricing, and order management systems is preferred. Clear internal communication, customer service, and organizational skills; comfort with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry. Forklift experience is helpful; ability to learn relevant systems and safely support warehouse operations.
