Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management and order fulfillment
• Source, purchase, and maintain optimal stock levels of OEM and aftermarket parts
• Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability
• Build and maintain relationships with parts vendors, wholesalers, and suppliers
• Monitor department performance metrics, sales goals, and profitability targets
• Train, supervise, and support parts department staff
• Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and parts returns professionally
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Specialist required
• Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts and inventory systems
• Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive department profitability
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
