EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANAGER Lee Hyundai of Fayetteville – Fayetteville, NC DEALERSHIP PARTS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Lee Hyundai of Fayetteville is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our dealership's Parts Department. We are looking for a proven leader who understands dealership parts operations, inventory management, profitability, and customer service. This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous franchised automotive dealership Parts Manager experience is REQUIRED. Applicants without this experience need not apply. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the dealership Parts Department. Manage parts inventory, ordering, stocking, and inventory controls. Maximize departmental gross profit while controlling expenses. Monitor inventory aging, obsolescence, and parts turnover. Work closely with Service, Sales, and Collision operations as needed. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and wholesale customers. Supervise, train, and develop Parts Department employees. Ensure accurate parts pricing, billing, and reconciliation. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and departmental performance. Required Qualifications Previous automotive dealership Parts Manager experience is mandatory. Proven track record of successfully managing a profitable dealership Parts Department. Strong understanding of dealership parts inventory systems and DMS operations. Experience with manufacturer parts ordering, returns, and warranty procedures. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage departmental financial performance and inventory effectively. Hyundai or other import dealership experience is a plus.
