Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system. Organize and maintain parts storage areas for easy identification and retrieval. Monitor inventory levels and identify items requiring replenishment. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Track obsolete, damaged, returned, or excess parts. Maintain accurate part numbers, descriptions, locations, quantities, and costs. Ensure inventory procedures comply with company policies and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts/storage area. Prepare inventory reports and communicate shortages or discrepancies to management. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred) Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal and time management skills Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents Previous experience in parts, inventory control, warehousing, purchasing, automotive, equipment, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately use inventory or ERP management systems. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift and move parts/materials as required.
