We are looking for a dedicated Parts Back Counter Associate to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence to our customers. Job Description: As a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for managing parts inventory, fulfilling parts orders for service technicians and wholesale orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our service department and upholding our reputation for quality. Responsibilities: Assist service technicians in locating and obtaining required parts quickly. Maintain an organized and efficient parts warehouse. Manage inventory and put away stock orders as needed. Keep parts organized and clean to ensure easy access and accurate inventory counts. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with service staff. Handle special order part requests for customers and service technicians. Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Requirements: Proven experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role. Knowledge of Nissan vehicles and parts is highly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
