Bob Weaver AutoFull-Time | Monday–Friday + Rotating Saturdays Bob Weaver Auto is seeking a dependable and motivated Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who has automotive parts knowledge or interest , enjoys working with technicians, and is comfortable using computers and numbers in a fast-paced environment. You'll learn our dealership systems, work alongside an experienced Parts team, and have opportunities to grow your automotive career. Several of our team members have advanced into positions such as Service Advisor and Collision Parts after developing their skills with us. What You'll Do As a Parts Counter Person, you will help keep our technicians productive by making sure they have the correct parts when they need them. Responsibilities include: Look up and identify automotive parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems Assist technicians with parts requests and availability Pull and distribute parts for repair orders Order parts from manufacturers and outside suppliers Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming parts Process returns, cores, and warranty parts Assist with inventory management and cycle counts Monitor backorders and follow up on outstanding parts Maintain accurate parts records and transactions Work closely with technicians and other Parts Department team members Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional Parts Department What We're Looking For The right person will be dependable, accurate, organized, and willing to learn . We're looking for someone with: Strong interest in automotive parts and vehicle repair Good computer and basic math skills Ability to learn electronic parts catalogs and dealership software Good communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a busy environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Valid PA driver's license Dealership parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone with strong automotive parts knowledge and the ability to learn our systems. Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Alternating shifts of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Compensation Competitive pay based on automotive parts knowledge and experience. We are looking for the right person to grow with our Parts Department and will consider experience when determining compensation.
