Parts Counter Person – Girard Nissan, Groton, CT We are adding to our team of professionals at Girard Nissan of Groton to support our service/body shop departments and customers. We are looking for an experienced individual with knowledge of working in an automotive parts department. Antonino Auto Group has 8 dealerships providing diverse opportunities for those who are interested in growing with the company. Come grow with us! We are looking for: Parts Department experience preferred but not required Be able to multi-task in a face paced operation Exceptional communication and customer service qualities Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening Your Responsibilities: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts. Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information Provides high level service to internal and external customers. Pulls and fills orders from stock Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary. Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
