Responsibilities
• Order, receive, and bill parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts and stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Support parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pick up and deliver parts.
• Keep the department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
• One to two years of prior automotive parts experience in a retail parts outlet or dealership setting.
• Computer literacy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
