• Identify parts based on vehicle information, customer needs, and repair requirements; consult catalogs and inventory systems as needed.
• Process purchases, returns, and orders using POS systems, with accurate cashiering and cash handling.
• Support retail sales by explaining product options, answering questions, and using appropriate sales and negotiation skills.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, including checking availability, placing orders, receiving parts, and organizing pickups or deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
• Keep the parts area organized and clean and support routine maintenance of displays, tools, and workspaces.
• Assist with marketing activities, sales management tasks, and other store or department operations as assigned.
• Apply basic math and strong organizational skills to verify quantities, pricing, and order details.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Experience
• Customer service, retail sales, sales, cashiering, or cash-handling experience is preferred.
• Automotive experience and familiarity with automotive parts, repair or maintenance are helpful.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail, are important.
• Ability to learn automotive parts terminology and product lookup procedures is required.
Pay: $17.90-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
