Description: Parts Counter Associate Join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Associate, working 38-40 per week over 3 days . where your attention to detail and customer service skills will play a vital role in supporting our operations. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to contribute to our growing team. Schedule: 7-9 Thursday & Friday 8 -6 Saturday Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories Work Closely with the Service Team to fulfill parts orders for repairs. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and resolve issues Keep the parts department organized, clean, and well-maintained Support inventory management activities, including receiving and stocking parts Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone We foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development.
