What We Offer $55,000–$60,000 annual compensation Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term growth within Team Automotive Training and professional development Fast-paced workplace where your contribution matters Company culture built around accountability, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement What You’ll Do Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers with parts needs Look up and identify the correct automotive parts quickly and accurately Provide pricing and availability information Order parts from manufacturers and outside vendors as needed Maintain communication regarding backordered and special-order parts Pull, stage, and distribute parts for technicians and repair orders Receive and process incoming parts orders Verify part numbers, quantities, and invoices for accuracy Process returns and warranty parts according to dealership procedures Maintain accurate inventory records Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient Build strong working relationships with the service and sales departments Provide professional and friendly customer service Assist with inventory counts and other parts department responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred Dealership parts department experience is a plus Strong automotive knowledge and ability to identify parts accurately Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs preferred Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, customers, and other team members Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must demonstrate Team Automotive's core values and bring a Winning Team Player attitude to work every day Ready to Join Team Automotive?
