We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our busy Ford dealership. If you have automotive parts experience, enjoy helping customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases. Supply parts to service technicians quickly and accurately. Identify and order the correct OEM Ford parts using electronic catalog systems. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and merchandising. Process special orders, returns, and warranty parts. Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships. Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications: Automotive parts experience preferred; Ford dealership experience is a plus. Knowledge of Ford parts catalogs and dealership management systems is an asset. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience.
