Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers at the automotive parts counter.
Identify and locate automotive parts and accessories that meet customers' needs and vehicle specifications.
Use computer systems and electronic catalogues to search for automotive parts.
Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and ensure products are properly displayed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked automotive parts department.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth department operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in automotive parts is required.
Good knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and components.
Bilingualism in French and English is required.
Strong computer skills and comfort using electronic devices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
Full-time or part-time position, depending on availability.
