About the Role:- We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor to join a busy automotive service facility in North York. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support customers, technicians, and service staff efficiently. The position is primarily focused on Parts Advisor responsibilities , while candidates with previous Parts Supervisor or Parts Manager experience are also encouraged to apply. What You'll Be Doing Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct automotive parts and accessories. Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts. Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims. Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery. Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels. Verify incoming parts, part numbers, quantities, and condition. Support technicians and the Service Department with required parts. Use parts catalogues, POS, and automotive software systems. Maintain accurate records and organized parts inventory. Communicate parts availability and delays to customers and internal teams.
