After completing training, this position operates on a salary plus commission pay plan, rewarding your sales efforts and customer relationship skills. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their automotive parts needs and provide tailored recommendations. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate automotive parts and accessories, ensuring compatibility and quality. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Support automotive parts sales through proactive engagement and product knowledge sharing. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership environment. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, inventory management, or other administrative tasks as needed. Stay informed about the latest automotive parts and accessories to provide accurate advice and solutions. Contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere that enhances customer satisfaction. Requirements Strong client communication skills with an ability to understand customer needs effectively. Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is essential; dealership experience is a plus but not required. Experience or familiarity with automotive service environments is beneficial. Proven ability in automotive parts sales or related roles is preferred. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. A customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information or processes related to automotive parts.
