We’re a family-owned and operated dealership looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to help our customers and service technicians get the right parts at the right time. What You’ll Do · Help retail customers, wholesale customers, and service technicians identify and order the correct parts. · Use parts catalogs and inventory systems to verify fitment, pricing, and availability. · Manage orders from start to finish, including payments, special orders, and customer updates. · Fill orders accurately and notify management of inventory shortages. · Answer phone inquiries, explain parts options, and resolve customer concerns professionally. · Stay current on manufacturer products and promotions. · Keep the parts department clean, organized, and running efficiently. What You Bring · Previous automotive parts or service experience. Experience at a dealership, auto parts retailer, or independent repair shop is welcome. · Working knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to identify the parts needed for a repair. · Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. · Friendly, professional communication with customers and coworkers. · The ability to manage priorities and work both independently and as part of a team. · A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
