Parts Advisor – Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time) MBI Motors – Portland, OR Job Description MBI Motors, an established independent Mercedes-Benz & BMW repair facility serving Portland since 1969, is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Part-Time Parts Advisor to join our team. This position has the potential to develop into a full-time opportunity. Responsibilities: Identify, source, and order parts for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Smart, and MINI vehicles. Utilize dealerships, IMC, Parts Authority, Worldpac, and other suppliers to source parts. Use CDK Drive for repair orders and Multi-Point software for estimating , pricing, and charging out parts. Both programs are used extensively throughout the workday. Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate parts ordering and timely repairs. Compare pricing and availability to maintain competitive costs and profitability. Track incoming orders, process returns, and assist with occasional inventory management. Qualifications: Automotive parts experience preferred, particularly with European vehicles. Experience with CDK Drive, Multi-Point, or similar automotive software is a plus. Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and automotive parts identification. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy repair facility. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness and ability to learn and become proficient with CDK Drive and Multi-Point software. Why Work for MBI Motors? Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends .
