Mercedes-Benz GroupDescription: Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg is looking for a Automotive Parts Advisor As a Parts Advisor , you will play an important role in supporting our technicians, service team, and customers while helping keep our operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented individual who enjoys the automotive industry and wants to grow their knowledge and expertise. What You'll Do: Supply service technicians with the correct parts needed to complete repairs Assist customers with questions and recommendations regarding automotive parts Manage the parts sales process from start to finish Ensure all internal parts requests are accurately billed to the appropriate repair order Research parts information and availability using electronic parts catalogs Work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure the correct parts are billed and inventory remains accurate Communicate with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers to resolve parts-related questions Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient parts department Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer Requirements: Minimum one year Parts Experience Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test Must have a valid driver's license Benefits: Paid Training Employee discounts Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more! 401(k) PTO the first year of employment!
