Source and acquire quality pre-owned vehicles through Facebook, Auto and Shockwave, auctions, trades, and private-party opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and recommend acquisition strategies to maintain optimal stock. Evaluate vehicle values using market-based tools and reports. Collaborate with Sales, Used Car, and Management teams to align inventory with customer demand. Track competitor pricing and local market conditions. Prepare reports and provide recommendations that support profitability and inventory turn. Qualifications: Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills. Experience with vehicle valuation tools, auctions, and inventory management systems is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
