Automotive Inventory Clerk

As we continue to grow we are adding on to our current accounting department on our Inventory team. This is an on-site position in NW Raleigh, Monday through Friday. What we have to offer A culture of caring, belonging, and respect for everyone Managers that people want to work with Career growth and advancement Leadership development, innovative training and learning systems Competitive compensation plans 401k retirement plans with company match Comprehensive health benefits packages, including telehealth and behavioral health services Industry-leading maternity and paternity leave Relocation packages Paid employee referral program Recognition and bonus programs Paid time off, bereavement, and vacation benefits Employee discounts on parts, service, vehicle purchases, and local entertainment What we are looking for: Setting up floorplan payoff Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise Paying all transportation bills Getting titles ready for auction for our locations Posting payments for wholesales Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory Billing all wholesale deals Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement All other tasks/projects as assigned Associate's degree in accounting or related field Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills Previous automotive accounting and CDK experience (preferred) Supervisory or Team Lead skills with the ability to coach, train and give day-to-day direction and feedback Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required What you can bring to the table: Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with others within the department, organization, and outside companies.
