Automotive Inventory Accounting Clerk

Automotive Inventory Accounting Clerk Previous Dealership experience required Job Duties: Input of all New Vehicle inventory, maintain factory invoice and MSO Process Dealer Trades including Checks, Reflooring and MSO Balance, maintain and receipt all Credit card transactions for all Departments Assist with Title work, and any other duties assigned. Scanning documents into the DMS system Dealership software DMS Dealertrack System Reconcile and keep accurate record keeping on all related receivable and payable accounts Requirements: Prior title, and Automotive experience required, must have great organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work as a team. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced paperless work environment. Full time; occasional overtime.
