Automotive Buyer – Vehicle Acquisition Center

DK Auto Imports is hiring an Automotive Buyer to purchase vehicles directly from the public. This is a vehicle acquisition role, not a retail car sales position. You’ll respond to sellers, evaluate their vehicles, make offers, and help complete purchases. Responsibilities Respond promptly to seller leads by phone, text, and email. Appraise vehicles based on condition, history, and market data. Inspect vehicles and verify VIN, mileage, ownership, and title information. Present offers, negotiate purchases, and schedule appointments. Follow up with sellers and maintain accurate CRM records. Coordinate with management on pricing, payoffs, and title issues. Qualifications Automotive buying, appraisal, wholesale, or dealership experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to assess vehicle condition and explain offers clearly. Comfort using CRM software. Valid driver’s license. Pay: This position includes a flat base salary plus commission for vehicles purchased. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
