Responsibilities
- Develop category strategies across United States and Canadian markets
- Analyze market trends, vehicle parc data, and competitive pricing
- Prepare assortment plans, gap analyses, and line reviews
- Recommend product additions, phase-outs, and launch priorities
- Monitor sales, margin, fill rate, and customer profitability
Requirements
- Five to ten years of relevant category management experience
- Automotive aftermarket experience preferred
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau knowledge
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and presentation skills
