Automobile Sales Inventory Specialist

Maintain the offering price of inventory throughout the prescribed 60day lifecycle based on age, market conditions, and any additional costs to inventory. Assist the Used Vehicle Director in all aspects of merchandising inventory from acquisition to disposal Create an organized and measurable daily process to ensure that all pre-owned vehicles are priced and merchandised in a manner to create the most opportunity for turning the inventory in a timely and profitable fashion. Work with other employees within the department to coordinate an efficient stocking in, servicing, reconditioning, and merchandising of inventory. Coordinate with other departments to expedite the needs of the used vehicle department Create RO’s in CDK. Assist with dispatching work to service lot coordinators. Monitor the Service Daily Log to efficiently coordinate work in process. Coordinate spotlight advertisement with vendors and ensure pricing is based on the market overview weighed by market day supply. Prepare wholesale documentation and monitor the market for opportunities to offload slow-moving inventory Assist the Used Vehicle Director with maintaining the appropriate supply of used vehicles based on lost sales, fast turn vehicles, and sales history. Work with department team members to coordinate an efficient stocking in, servicing, reconditioning, and merchandising of inventory.
