Automation Maintenance Technician
Ross TechnologyPAY RATE FOR EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN STARTING AT $30 PER HOUR Since 1962, Dexco® has designed and built heavy-duty industrial storage racks in Leola, PA. Manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouses across the country count on our racks to store their materials safely. What's New In the last few years, we've made big changes. We put $3.7 million into our plant for improved air quality, new equipment, better lighting, a new lunchroom, and new locker rooms. We host quarterly team events, and twice a year we give each team member branded gear. Benefits start on the first day of the month after you're hired, with no long waiting period. We're not done yet, and we keep making improvements. What We Do We make all our racks from structural steel I-beams, some holding up to 80,000 pounds per shelf. We custom design each racking system around the customer’s inventory, handling equipment, and facility layout. Every department plays an important role in getting customers the right rack, built right, and on time. Sales and engineering work directly with customers to determine what they need. The shop team cuts, punches, welds, and paints the steel into finished products. Meanwhile, our procurement, shipping, quality, and accounting teams keep everything moving.
