From first power-up to last inspection, you’ll own the health of conveyors, sortation assets, drives, sensors, and controls in a modern, climate-controlled environment. Where you’ll make an impact Perris (primary site) Moreno Valley Mead Valley Nuevo Redlands San Bernardino Eastvale Menifee Lake Elsinore Grand Terrace Riverside March Air Reserve Base Area Jurupa Valley A day in the life You’ll walk the line to verify safety systems, tune VFD parameters for optimal throughput, calibrate field sensors for accuracy, and respond quickly to alarms and jams. When a motor trips or a sorter faults, you’ll dive into PLC diagnostics (Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens), trace signals, verify I/O, and restore flow. You’ll weld or cut as needed, swap conveyor chains, adjust actuators, and document all work in a CMMS—keeping the team informed and the operation on schedule during peak season. What you’ll take on Troubleshoot and repair AC motors and servomotors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and industrial controls. Maintain and improve conveyor and sortation systems; perform conveyor chain replacement. Calibrate field sensors, perform system parameter adjustments, and resolve network and actuator issues. Install and wire equipment using electrical schematics; execute PLC wiring tasks. Apply working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Read work orders, diagnose failures, and complete repairs independently and safely. Use welding and cutting torches when required; handle hand and power tools proficiently. Leverage CMMS to plan and log preventive maintenance. What you bring 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations. Hands-on exposure to Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Rockwell-controlled equipment. CMMS familiarity preferred.
