Role Description We are looking for an experienced Auto Transport Dispatcher to join our growing team in a full-time, remote position. This individual will work directly with our Strategic Accounts team on a daily basis, coordinating vehicle shipments, communicating with carriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain consistent communication with both customers and carriers. Qualifications Previous experience in auto transport or transportation logistics. Experience with auto auctions, dealerships, or dealer logistics is a significant plus. Familiarity with auction pickup procedures, vehicle releases, appointments, and delivery requirements. Experience with Super Dispatch or similar transportation management systems preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments, track deliveries, and provide timely updates. Experience building and maintaining carrier relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
