**READ ME** NOT YOUR AVERAGE AUTO PARTS AND SERVICE ADVISOR POSITION! 9 Auto Motion is an award-winning independent Porsche service and restoration shop near West Palm Beach and we're looking for an exceptional Parts and Service Coordinator to join our front of house team. Parts & Service Coordinator This person will take the lead with managing parts procurement for our day-to-day service vehicles, and also for our classic and restoration projects. * Use Porsche parts catalogs and diagrams to source correct part numbers via VIN (PartsLink 24); * Order parts ready for scheduled vehicles and promptly source parts for on-going repairs as needed; * Manage a broad range of vendors, getting best pricing and delivery timeframes for optimal profitability and workflow; * Manage stock levels, re-ordering parts and consumables as needed. In addition, this role will support the customer service team, liaising between our valued clients and our Porsche service and restoration technicians. * Prepare accurate estimates and invoices; liaise with technicians on proposed solutions and parts requirements; * Work alongside the customer service team to schedule clients and resolve customer queries. Excellent attention to detail, administrative skills and first-rate customer service are essential, along with an automotive/auto-technician/auto-parts background (ideally in a Porsche, European or exotic shop). Skills Required: * You will have excellent phone and in-person communication skills (minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role). Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with calmness and a smile is essential :) -- The position is salaried; pay is based on skills and experience with opportunities for advancement. Shop hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, with one hour lunch break (40hrs), with additional hours required from time to time to meet business demands.
