Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the appropriate auto parts and accessories by leveraging your automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Provide detailed product information, explain vehicle systems, and recommend solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure the availability of high-demand parts. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately while handling cash and credit payments with professionalism. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service to foster repeat business. Maintain organized records using inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for reporting purposes. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow, stock organization, and timely order processing in a retail environment. Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive repair processes, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with inventory management systems (such as CMMS) and POS software to streamline sales operations. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment processes. Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory calculations. Customer service orientation with the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally following proper phone etiquette. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel; familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools is advantageous.
