Auto Parts Counterperson (Experienced)

Duties Assist customers or technicians in locating parts using inventory management systems. Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing parts displays, and conducting regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels Process sales transactions accurately, handle cashing out with professionalism, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking shelves, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring the availability of high-demand parts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support to remote customers or vendors Support dealership experience standards by delivering exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and repeat business Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and vehicle maintenance practices to provide credible advice Experience with retail sales management, cashiering, stock management, and marketing strategies is desirable Multilingual skills enhance communication with a broader customer demographic; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of automotive retail.
