Duties Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct auto parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle systems and repairs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and tracking parts using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) software Process sales transactions accurately through cashiering functions while maintaining excellent phone etiquette for remote inquiries Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their automotive experience Collaborate with the service team to support automotive repair projects by ensuring timely order fulfillment and availability of parts Maintain organized stock areas, conduct regular inventory audits, and assist with stock replenishment to optimize operational efficiency Utilize Microsoft Office tools for record keeping, reporting, and communication purposes to streamline daily operations Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, troubleshooting techniques, and automotive diagnostics Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively and handle retail math accurately Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Proficiency with inventory management software such as CMMS or similar systems; experience with POS systems is a plus Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail setting Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly while demonstrating strong attention to detail in cashiering duties Knowledge of automotive parts management, stock control procedures, and retail sales strategies Valid driver’s license preferred; willingness to learn about automotive accessories sales and automotive service processes Join us in delivering outstanding automotive solutions!
