Audio Visual Warehouse Technician

Job Overview Vision Collective is currently seeking full and part-time warehouse staff positions at our Phoenix operation located on the north side of Deer Valley Airport, off Pinnacle Peak Road. Audio Visual Warehouse Worker Duties include managing, testing, organizing, and preparing specialized equipment such as speakers, microphones, video systems, projectors, and lighting gear for transport and deployment. Key Responsibilities · Order Preparation & Pulling: Accurately pull and stage AV gear (cameras, amps, screens, cabling, and comm systems) for customer orders and live event. · Testing & Quality Control: Inspect and test returning equipment to verify functional parameters, identify missing items, and route damaged gear for repair. · Inventory Management: Track, tag, and maintain stock levels using warehouse or rental management software. · Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload equipment using docks, ramps and forklifts for transport to and from event venues. · Warehouse Organization: Keep staging areas, shelves, and departments clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications · Technical Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of live event audio, video, lighting, LED and projection systems. · Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move heavy equipment (frequently up to 50 lbs) and stand or walk for long shifts. · Safety & Standards: Adherence to OSHA regulations and proper safety gear, including ASTM-rated safety footwear. · Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently or coordinate with other departments & project management. · Workday: Full time, permanent, often weekend and overtime hours during busy seasons · Ability to be certified as a forklift operator (company provided training). · Clean driving record.
