Who we are: The Anderson-DuBose Company, established in 1991, is a full-service distribution company for major quick service restaurants in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. We currently have four distribution center locations: Lordstown, Ohio (headquarters), Rochester, New York, Jacksonville, Florida, and Jefferson City, Tennessee. (Transportation and Warehouse are the two largest departments at each DC and typically operate 24/7.) SCOPE OF POSITION: Assured Supply Assistant will support the administrative duties as per Manager that can lead to, as needed, buying, reporting, and others as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Assigned): Expedite Emails for all DCs/categories Check levels on late trucks Works closely with Buyers Item setup for each DC PBJ / UOM validation screen management Create Promo Spreadsheet Update PIPO for each DC Backhaul Summary by DC Run 14 Day Report for each DC DOS Report for each DC Run/Sort Potential for each buyer EDI Setup Runs FIP packets by DC/Buyer Runs LOS change packets Maintain inventory level tracking Help Track and manage DC buybacks Enter DC Transfer orders Miscellaneous assignments as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience –The position requires attention to detail. Strong analytical abilities are also required. Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, business plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Other Required Skills and Abilities – All features of Microsoft Office, JDEdwards One World.
