Role Overview: Associate Warehouse Lead (2025-1177) Role Overview As an Associate Warehouse Lead, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with leadership responsibilities, supporting the Warehouse Manager in inventory control, purchasing, staging, and fleet management. You’ll provide guidance and direction to warehouse staff, serve as a key point of contact for technicians, vendors, and internal teams, and help ensure that materials, equipment, and projects flow efficiently from the warehouse to the field. What You Bring You bring 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or skilled trades supply, with leadership or lead experience preferred. You’re comfortable working in varied environments and weather conditions, supporting both warehouse and field operations. You hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and can travel as needed. You’re skilled at multitasking and staying organized, with strong attention to detail. You demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills, guiding team members and collaborating across departments. You’re proficient in inventory systems and basic computer applications, with experience in Excel, ERP, or CRM systems preferred. You bring a reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get things done. Key Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising daily operations and leading warehouse staff. Act as a primary contact for technicians, vendors, and employees regarding materials, inventory, and orders. Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide timely support for field teams. Oversee purchasing, warranty verification, parts ordering, and pricing checks to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock technicians across multiple departments. Stage and verify materials for projects, ensuring everything is accurate and ready for use. Coordinate with satellite warehouse locations to support operations as needed. Help schedule and monitor equipment and material deliveries and pickups. Support fleet maintenance by coordinating repairs, tracking vehicle issues, and keeping records updated. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the warehouse. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse associates to support their growth. Step in as acting Warehouse Lead whenever the Warehouse Manager is unavailable.
