Essential duties:

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which includes IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and safety-related policies
  • Pick customer orders
  • Receive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damages
  • Breakdown pallet loads
  • Inventory restocking
  • Assist with periodic physical inventory count as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirements
  • Ability to effectively operate Voice Picking 
  • Comply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety, and company policies

Other Duties:

  • Perform all job-related tasks as assigned
  • Follow the incident response procedure
  • General housekeeping duties

Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Some experience working in a warehouse is preferred
  • Good communication skill in writing and verbally, using the English language
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
  • Ability to safely operate various warehouse-related equipment
  • Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required
Physical Requirements: 
  • Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse 
  • Ability to see and hear (correctable) 
  • Ability to communicate (oral and verbal) in the English language  
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own and/or over 50 lbs. with assistance  
  • Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time and use repetitive motions 
  • Ability to climb, kneel/squat, bend, lift, carry 
  • Ability to push, pull, grasp, reach, twist  
  • Ability to work at heights and/or using ladders or lifts 
  • Ability to work overtime on a regular basis (often at short notice) 
  • Ability to wear steel-toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)
