Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Engineer - FMCS - to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of advanced control systems in a construction environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field engineering, automation, and construction while working alongside experienced industry professionals. You will assist in the process of assembly, troubleshoot, and repair of the Facility Management & Control System. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform requirements classification of clients, communicating project requirements and design review with internal & external design team. Understand drawing and review specifications and estimation. Conduct onsite inspection to ensure that workmanship conforms with specifications and assure adherence to construction schedules. Assist with onsite inspections, system evaluations, and compliance checks. Anticipate and prevent problems from rising. Planning of MEP & C/R & AAS I&C Construction drawing Contribute to the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control elements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize control system performance. Maintain accurate documentation and assist in developing technical reports. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use and client communication. Participate in material tracking and procurement coordination to ensure seamless project execution. Adhere to safety regulations while working in a construction site environment. Assist procurement team on the procurement of FMCS systems equipment & materials' and assist in contractors' awards. Review & reply RFI (Request for Information) and change orders. Review progress reports, materials used and costs, contract payment application, and adjust work schedules as indicated by the reports.
