About the Job Title: Associate Manager – Supply Chain & Global Distribution Location: Cambridge, MA – Hybrid (1 day onsite per week) Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates About the Role Seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics professional to support commercial distribution, international shipments, and supply chain activities within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role will coordinate with internal teams, manufacturing partners, and quality functions to support product distribution and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate commercial distribution shipments to international markets, including the GCC region. Manage international bulk, sample, and commercial product shipments between regions and manufacturing partners. Support commercial product launches, supply chain initiatives, and implementation of new logistics processes . Assist with U.S. importation, customs requirements, and commercial distribution activities . Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support logistics operations. Ensure shipments and related activities comply with applicable GMP, GDP, customs, and regulatory requirements . Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, tracking information, and Smartsheet dashboards . Support logistics issue resolution, shipment tracking, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical supply chain, logistics, or commercial distribution . Hands-on experience with U.S. importation and international shipping processes . Experience supporting commercial product distribution and global logistics operations . Knowledge of GMP, GDP, customs compliance, and regulated supply chain practices . Experience working with cross-functional teams and external manufacturing or logistics partners . Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Logistics, or a related field . Experience with Smartsheet or similar supply chain tracking/reporting platforms preferred. Exposure to Middle East/GCC logistics and distribution requirements is a plus. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $55–$60/hr (W-2) . Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
