ing, and value-added services. No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Shipping: Box making and box building, void fill and packing, operating the taper line, LTL sorting, manual truck and trailer loading, and line loading
• Picking: Order induction and replenishment
• Receiving: Manual unloading of trucks and carts
• Value-added services: Kitting, production assembly, postponement, labeling, display building, and label sorting
• Quality checks: Identifying and resolving packages that are weight-out-of-tolerance
• Cart operations: Building and unloading carts
• Facilities and housekeeping: General maintenance, emptying bin trash, operating the baler, and removing plastic, straps, and other debris from pallets
• Equipment: Operating a pallet jack and sit-down forklift as needed
• Runner: Supporting other work areas as assigned
Required Qualifications
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including reaching, bending, picking up, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a busy, sometimes noisy warehouse environment
• Ability to take direction and follow established performance and safety standards
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Team player and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing setting (preferred, not required)
Education and Experience
• Little to no experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Verification of a high school diploma or GED is not required
Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
