Associate E-commerce Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking an entry-level eCommerce Analyst to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will assist in various aspects of our eCommerce operations and product development. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong analytical mindset, and is looking to start their career in eCommerce and operations. Key Responsibilities: Support Demand Planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management Assist in establishing cost structures and reviewing pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning across all sales channels Help establish and monitor Cross-Channel Overheads, ensuring consistent and fair pricing structures across all sales channels Contribute to the establishment of accurate Revenue Return Rates, supporting data-driven decision-making processes Assist in preparing Custom Wholesale Quotes tailored to client needs Help develop and maintain Outbound Shipping Rate Tables Analyze advertising performance and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment. Support cost-saving initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred). Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
