delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!About the RoleWe are hiring for associates to join our Dasher & Logistics team in a new rotational program that will span across different areas of the portfolio. Youll work on KRs across some of our highest priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand whats happening on the ground, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to life at scale. You will move daily metrics, run a/b tests, launch new initiatives and so much more while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance and other folks on strategy & operations. Rotations will span between 6-8 months and you will report directly into high performing managers on the Dasher & Logistics team.You’ll be an individual contributor. We operate in a hybrid and spend a few days a month in person together! You must currently be based in New York or San Francisco. You’ve succeeded in similar cultures that are highly analytical and cross-functional (banking or consulting preferred)You’re unafraid of ambiguity. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments where you can be creative and scrappy. You will work on a project basis, so being comfortable in high levels of ambiguity with the expectation of making impact fast is a must. You’re analytical. You let data win arguments, and you’re comfortable pulling your own data in SQL and building models.You’re adaptable. You are constantly chasing new tools and ways to become more efficient and know where, when and how to use AI. You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
